A Passionate Owner Wanting To Make A Positive Difference
Owner Cindy Vaughn firmly believes in the benefits of a home-based program for children, including learning in mixed age groups, continuity of care, and being able to teach and learn in small groups.
Her intention is to prepare new students to thrive in the best schools in Indiana after they leave her program. We are family-owned and operated for meaningful connection. Cynthia is onsite and involved daily because connecting with children brings her joy. Her daughter, Justice, is involved in every aspect of the program, from food prep, teaching, and policy-making to attending seminars — when she is not studying for law school exams. Tonee is her granddaughter and Senior student assistant. Nicole is our lead and feels like family!
